I want to leave a better review maybe its the product I got or a common issue but it has a high pitched sound coming from the headphones. When sounds goes through it goes away and sounds amazing but at times if there's no audio you will get that high pitched sound. Tolerable for price but silly. Update* So the company contacted me to notify me there's an updated version that no longer has the high pitch sound. Very happy with these IEM as they sound amazing maybe a little to loud sometimes 😄. Read more
Amazing quality for the price. As a competitive gamer, I bought this IEMs for a more comfortable and competitive gaming experience. And I got it through these IEMs, I ranked up in Valorant within a week of buying these. Additionally, they fit comfortably in my ears, and give me a fully immersed experience while playing. I noticed a significant increase in my audio perception in games like Valorant and counter strike compared to my old Logitech G Pro X. Also, IEMs are far more comfortable to wear with styled hair, or after a shower. For this price, I would recommend buying these even over a $100 gaming headset! Read more
I am comparing to my pair of Sony MX4-1000's Pros: Identical audio quality Significantly better spatial audio in games, music, and youtube doesn't have that stupid bluetooth lady earrapeing my head on start up its 30$ not 300$ being farther in my ear means the headphones block out more noise more effectively than the active noise cancellation on the MX4's (wearing both the KZ gale's and the MX4's blocks out all sound I experience on a daily basis) Cons: usbc connector does not feel secure or durable cable tangles on its own constantly why is there a light on it? it doesn't connect to my pc looks a bit funny on my head, but its less dumb looking than airpods conclusion: worth the price, the physical state reflects the price, the audio quality far surpasses the price. if the next level of quality tier of iem's is on your radar, its worth it. This is my first pair of IEM, and I will not be switching back to the 300$ pair of over the ear headphones. Description of the sound they make: other than the spatial sound they are identical to Sony's MX4-1000 series, they sound barely worse than listening to Outside (as in outdoors). they are the best pair of earbuds I have ever worn, and the second best (barely behind first) pair of headphones I have worn on all fronts Read more
They are very comfortable. Sound is grate, and they isolate the noise from the noise efficiently. Not to mention de equalizer will allow you to change different modes that's also good. Read more

The sound quality of the IEM's themselves is relatively comparable to a 35-50 dollar headset in quality. They also do really well at sealing any audio from your surroundings. But that is where the good stops, and it's price point gets explained. These IEM's have a very loud hiss whenever they are not above half of their audio output volume. All in all i would say that they are good enough for their price point, and a half decent start into IEM's on a budget. Read more

for my first try at an IEM, this came highly recommended. i wanted this primarily for music when i didn't mind being shut out from anything else bothersome. this does exactly that. full sound for such a small piece is hard to believe. these are the entry ones. i can only imagine what the higher end ones sound like. I bought the microphone option for a little more just in case i wanted it for more than just music. i also used this for playing games. they don't bother my ears after hours of playing, which is a plus. very happy with these and may upgrade in the future with KZ again.
