This brand has been my go-to for makeup and nail polish for a long time. Low-cost, high-quality cosmetics that do not break the bank. This eyeliner came quickly and I had no difficulty using it. It's a basic eyeliner pencil with a twist tube that allows you to access the full amount of makeup. It's soft enough for me to use a brush to thicken the line with a brush or lighten the amount with a q-tip. Once setting spray is used it does not usually smudge easily. Read more

I've purchased this multiple times. It's a great inexpensive liner. I love the smooth glide application. As I age, many liners tug and skip while attempting a solid line. This LA Colors liner applies well. It does fade a bit before the end of the day but not enough to prevent me from continuing to purchase. Read more

These are very good for me. They aren't smudge proof so you have to be careful rubbing your eyes during the day but on me at least they don't wander. They go on very easily which for me matters: I apply eyeliner after a shower and moist eyelids (especially maturing ones) don't love hard pencils. Colors are bright and solid without having to go over and over. If these things resonate with you, I especially recommend the Neon line. Read more
