Cheap but looks and wears like an expensive brand.
This eyeliner is not quite as deeply pigmented as some others but it is still very dark. The tip is a little harder than my other pencils which I actually like. It doesn't make a mess when I apply it. It gives a good, clean line. I like that it is an automatic pencil. No sharpening needed. While it isn't waterproof, it stays on all day and holds its own in humidity and light rain. I have never had the eyeliner mess up due to moisture although it would probably come off if I full faced swam with it on. It's cheap but it works almost as well or as well as my higher end favorites and better than tons of drugstore liners. I only paid $1.49 so I am happy with the price and the quality. Read more
