This "Memoir" color polish is a really nice neutral that can be worn over polish or by itself, for a clean, polished look. (no pun intended). Very sheer, slightly milky, but with about 3 coats it looks more pink- like the pink we associate with a French manicure. The shipping was so fast and free (came in one day for both my orders) and packed very well in a box. Where can you get a 1/2 ounce of nail polish anymore at a little over $3.00? I highly recommend this seller and this nail polish in the color "Memoir". I also bought it in the color "Horizon", a pink clay shade that's lovely too! I'm going back for more :) Read more

I have bought this brand in Color Mania and one of their Gel Like polishes and they have been great. This one, not so much. The coverage is terrible. I wish I'd taken a picture. Even with 3 coats, I could still see the skin tone of my own nail. I had to let everything dry completely and apply 2 more coats which just made the paint on my toenails look thick and not at all smooth. Never had this with any other brand or any of the other lines of LA Color. I know this is not a top end brand, but their other lines have great staying power and shine. I was trying to find a color closer to their Color Mania color, that's why I purchased this one. While the color is pretty, it just doesn't look good when applied. As far as 10 day wear, I'm only 2 days in so far.... So we shall see. It's a very inexpensive polish, but I still don't think it's a good value. Read more

Sheer and subtle

This is my one of my favorite classic formula nail polishes (not a gel). It goes on smoothly with no streaks. It's sheer with just a hint of a color that works on many skin tones - I've shared it and it always looks beautiful. It provides a subtle, translucent, muted beige-rose color, like that of a natural nail bed with just a bit of sheen. I like it over a natural nail or to enhance a "nude" look. Like all classic formula polishes, it will chip a bit after a few days. Adding a topcoat with light touch ups usually lasts me over a week. Lovely results while light on the budget. Read more

This product has NO COLOR AT ALL. There is no difference between unpolished nails and the multi layered, in correct fashion, polished with this product nails. I want to be sent--free of charg--a true opaque polish as shown in the ad. Since I am/was a Sally Hansen fan, I would like to try the Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Nail Polish, Streak-Free, Shiny Finish, Long-Lasting Nail Color, Tickled Pink, or a light pink gel. We'll see, and if I can find a way, I'll post any results. Read more
