I'm always looking for a good eyeliner for tightlining that won't smudge or get weird on me. My eyes get watery while I'm trying to tightline, which causes whichever eyeliner I'm using to lose pigment, unless I keep swiping a cotton swab across the area, and that really irritates my eyes after a while. I didn't have any of those issues with this LA Girl liner. I'm really impressed with the quality of this thing, especially at this price point. The application process is uncomplicated, the color goes on bold, it stays where it should, it doesn't smudge, and it comes off easily when I wash my face at night. This is the best drug store brand eyeliner for the waterline I've ever used, by far. It glides on super easy, and it stays all day long. You have to be careful not to advance the tip out too far or it will break off, because it's very soft, almost like a softened butter consistency. Read more
