I just got this watch, “L LAVAREDO Waterproof Kids Digital Watches”, on 2025-04-19. I have just set it up and started to wear it, so I know nothing of how well it will hold up in the long term. So far, I like what I see. The instructions are clear and setup was easy. The watch has a lithium batter and needs to be recharged. The company says it will usually go 7 days before needing a charge. I cannot comment on this at this time. This is listed as a child’s watch, but I am an adult male and I bought this watch because it has features that I think are the most important ones. 1) the time and date display are large and bright. To see the time press the A button in 4 seconds the date is automatically displayed then the watch goes back to a dark face. 2) I like that the watch has an alarm. I will use this feature once in a while. There are actually 2 alarms. To get to alarm 1 press the A button 4 times. To enable or disable the alarm press and hold the A button. The display will show “A1 OF” when the alarm is disabled or the alarm time when the alarm is enabled. When the alarm is enabled use the B button to set the alarm time. 3) the watch also has a stop watch which I like to have available. The watch has a couple other features I will never use. It is really important to me that the use of a cell phone or an app is NOT REQUIRED. The one thing that worries me is the fact that the watch case is plastic. The plastic prongs that hold the watch band may be a weak point for this watch. The plastic prongs could be breakable. If they break, I would not be able to wear the watch on my wrist any more. The band that came with the watch is for a child. The band is too small for a man, so I have changed the original watch band to a 16mm wide Spidel Twist O Flex band. I will re-adjust this review if the prongs that holds the band break. Read more

With this watch, we finally got it right. It’s truly designed for kids. We had purchased several before, but they all turned out too big. We bought this one for our son’s 8th birthday (he’s 7 now), and the size is perfect for his wrist. It comes in a nice box, making it perfect for gifting. It includes useful features like a pedometer, stopwatch, and vibration alarm, and the best part is that it doesn’t require an app to work. It’s easy to use and waterproof—ideal for everyday use by children. Very happy with the purchase. Highly recommended! Read more

I love that this is a watch and a fitness tracker without the need for an app to be downloaded onto my son's phone. He still can monitor how many steps he gets in a day, but doesn't have to worry about connecting it all the time. It has a sleek design--not too large--and is classic in black. The time does display 05:58 instead of just 5:58, but it works great. I'm glad it only takes an hour to charge and it seems to last quite a while. It tracks steps, distance, calories burned, has three possible alarm settings, and was super simple to set with just A and B buttons. Read more

The battery life is amazing. I've only had to charge it twice since I purchased it two months ago. It works perfectly for what I need it for which is to 1) tell the time, and 2) have a vibrating alarm clock to wake myself up but not my husband. I do wish the band had some texture on it though. I frequently have the "tail" of the wristband free themselves from the "holder straps". I can't speak to the accuracy of the pedometer function, because I don't use it. It does seem to be water resistant. I wear it while washing dishes and giving my kids baths with no issue. Overall, as a basic watch that doubles for an alarm clock that I don't have to charge ever, it's a great value, for sure. Read more

I bought the L LAVAREDO Kids Digital Watch for my son, and it has been such a great choice! The watch is lightweight, comfortable, and fits perfectly on his wrist. He loves using the stopwatch and pedometer features, and I really appreciate the vibration alarm that gently reminds him without being disruptive. It is completely waterproof, which means I do not have to worry when he washes his hands or plays outside in the rain. The design is sporty and fun, making it perfect for both school and playtime. Overall, this watch is an excellent gift for kids and a practical way to encourage them to stay active while also learning responsibility with time Read more

Great watch to make a young teen kid feel like a bigger human, tracks steps and tells time, looks great, easy to use, great price. Purchased this for my nephew who thinks walking with mom and aunt is cool, and he loves the competition of who has the most steps at the end of the day. Read more

I returned the first one when half of the display lights stopped working. I’ve now missed the return window in the second one, which now is junk because the buttons are non responsive. My daughter was so excited to have this and it is total junk. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Without instructions, the watch is difficult to set up. With instructions, it's doable by my 8-year-old. My sons love all the fitness features, the stopwatch, the alarms and the time. The watch is easy to see and comes in vibrant colors. I docked it one star for durability. The metal clasp broke, so my son has to carry the watch. It lost another star for charging. There were times the magnets didn't hold so it didn't charge. Keep it face down when charging to avoid this. My three sons use their watches for 2am potty breaks and to get up in the morning. It's water resistant so they keep it on when washing their hands.
