These are freaking awesome and we'll worth the price tag but I recommend Velcro sticky to go on the bottom of them. They tend to lift and fall if you rest your arms on the very edge corner of the table a lot. Lots of comfort though. Thick enough to not be flimsy. Read more
My elbows dont hurt anymore! LOL. I thought I wanted them to stick to the desk, but its better that they dont because I constantly have to move them depending on my position. These are so great, and very comfy for me. They don't interfere with how I need to sit or type. They're great! Read more

They don't slide but they also don't stay in place in any real way. I mostly use them for my elbow but when my cat decides to be on my desk he can easily push them off. There's no real self-adhesiveness to it just a simple rubber bottom. I mostly bought these because I'm short (under 5ft) and my wrists hurt from working and playing at my desk for the majority of waking hours, can't say that these really help with the wrist issue but they do alleviate some stress while typing. The foam material is soft, and doesn't give easily plus since they're two separate pieces I can use both, only one, or move them as close or far apart on my desk as I need. I'd say they're pretty good for the money spent just don't expect much. Read more

These are very nice to relax my forearms on while at the computer. Very comfortable surface. Doesn’t make me itch. It’s helping my carpel tunnel! Color as advertised. I really want to love them. But i always end up knocking them loose when I move my arms. During the time they are not moving, I’d easily give these 5 stars! But they do move, so I’m giving them 3. To the company: I’m not returning them. I like them enough to keep them and I will come up with a way to keep them in place. You should do the same. Earn back the missing stars!
