This is a brilliant bathing suit. I love the look of halter top suits but find they irritate my neck after awhile. This suit wears comfortably for a long time because of the cris cross straps. It fits great and is excellent quality. It has just enough tummy support for me to feel comfortable as a new mom while still being stylish and flattering. I usually wear a size 4 petite but was worried about the top being too small (34D) so I ordered a size 6. Good coverage all the way around and doesn't ride up. I love this suit! Read more

I’m 5’4” 135-140lbs 34B and ended up getting side 10 due to my long torso. It fits ever so slightly large, but it was the best fit. optimally I would probably need a 6 or 8 long. In la Blanca tankini tops I’m always a 4 or 6 depending on the style and a 6 or 8 in their bottoms. The straps aren’t adjustable unfortunately. Also most of the times when I wear it the straps are slightly twisted (like shown in my picture) together, but whatever. In my experience la Blanca runs a little on the small side. I first ordered a size 8 in this swimsuit and it fit perfectly everywhere except it was way too short in length! I’m normally a 4/6 in jeans and shorts and a size small in tops. I’ve never worn a size 10 or even 8 before in clothing besides when I was pregnant. I think because I have a really long torso it affects the sizing. I wish the straps were adjustable on this swimsuit because even in the size 10 the straps are a tiny bit tight, but manageable. Also one thing to note in the colors besides black (I have black and a few other colors) it shows my belly button outline through the swimsuit, which kinda bothers me. All that being said this is one of my favorite swimsuits ever. The material is soft and silky and it’s SO flattering. The coverage and style is perfect for a 31 year old mom of a toddler like me. I wanted something appropriate to take my kid swimming but also cute at the same time. Just something to note I will probably add different pads in the boob area because the removable ones it comes with aren’t very thick. I have a small chest so I want a little extra boost. This definitely is one of my favorite swimsuits I’ve ever tried! I am wearing the color wine (I believe it’s called?) in this picture. The black one is my favorite as I mentioned! I am extremely picky so the things mentioned are just things to note. I would 100% recommend this to a friend. In fact I will probably try to order another color soon. I wish they had more darker color options in my size. I won’t order a lighter color due to the belly button situation (maybe I’m being overly critical) I mentioned above. I wouldn’t recommend the white color because I just don’t feel the material is thick enough overall, but maybe that’s just me. It’s a shame because I would've loved to order the white! Wore this suit every weekend last summer. Washed it several times. Still looks great. No fading. Very comfortable straps. Edit: I'm coming back to buy this suit again 2-years later. it still fits great and is hold up - although I can see the spandex is starting to get a few wrinkles and there are visible differences in how the different parts of the fabric are holding up (color change). But it has held up great for 2 years including several beach trips, public pools, private pools, etc. The straps are also very comfortable. To me it provides the look and support of a halter top, but is more comfortable. Read more

I own this suit in another color, too! This color color is gorgeous and the fit of this suit is amazing. Holds large bust nicely (supportive but with a bit of sexy) and perfectly flatters and flattens tummy. My favorite suit! So flattering and high quality! This is a beautiful suit. Well made, quality materials and stitching. The bottom fit great and was slimming and the back straps were very cute and easy to wear. The problem: the fabric allocated to the bust area is quite small so I was spilling out from the side and middle. It was not very flattering and did not feel secure. I love this swimsuit so much that I bought it in three colors! :) I HATE shopping for swimsuits! The cute ones are never sturdy enough for my active lifestyle (I *play* in the water, and I play hard), and the sturdy ones are never cute. Finally, here is a swimsuit that is both! The straps in the back are strong but flexible, and the criss-cross pattern is very attractive. The fabric "stripes" across the upper abs manage to draw the eye away from my "mummy tummy" (hooray!), and I feel I won't need my towel wrapped around my waist all the time in my usual self-conscious fashion. That, combined with their free shipping both ways (only on some colors and sizes so make sure to look!), meant that I could try on the suits worry-free in the comfort of my own home. The "salmon" turns out to be more of an orange, so I returned that one and kept the marine blue, the aqua and the hot pink. Woo Hoo! NOW I am ready for summer! Thanks, La Blanca! I ordered this in size 16, for reference I am 5'11' and 190lbs. I was nervous as I wasn't entirely sure what size I am. When I pulled it out of the packaging I didn't think it would fit, it seemed long on top and cut too small on the bottom. I was wrong, it fits perfectly. The bottom is cut well, has stretch, and it gives full coverage. The top is padded, no support for a larger bust, but still gives good coverage as well. Very comfortable and the design is flattering. I am thinking about ordering another one in a different pattern/color. Read more
