This is a very well-made suit. The quality was much better than I expected; very substantial and worth the price. The fit is great too. It fits like a glove. The only issue is it is a little large in the bust area, but that was to be expected as I am smaller there than I am in the hip area, and I sized according to my hip size. I am a size 2/4 top and a size 6 pant. I bought a size 8 in this suit. I would recommend buying according to your pant size and maybe going up one size from that. this bathing suit is really nice, and is actually affordable. i agree with another reviewer; it is very understated, but very flattering. i am a 38B and 27" waist. i ordered an 8, and it fits fine, if a little big. i know i could have fit in a 6, but i'm getting this swimsuit for the express purpose of lounging on a beach for 8 days straight, and i don't want anything feeling even remotely close to tight. i plan to have lots of daiquiris, shrimp, and margaritas in this thing, and hey, i might need those extra few inches in the waist so i can pack in the food. a gir's gotta think ahead. i highly recommend it. it's very pretty and feels soft and feels like it will last a long time. I love everything about this swimsuit except the one thing that makes it unwearable: the side-breast boning poked through the top and bottom of both sides on the first wear! Not only did it sacrifice the integrity of the suit, it cut my skin on both sides. The fabric used to keep this vital structural component in place was worthless; this very flimsy, felt-like material never stood a chance! Also, the length of the boning could be a factor in its failure as it wasn’t long enough to reach the swimsuit seams to be tucked behind reinforced fabric. Regardless, One wear and both sides, top and bottom, break through the fabric? Major design flaw. The rest of the suit is lovely and very well constructed. If you don’t have chest assets, you’ll love this suit and should get it. If you do, you’ll love this suit and hate that you paid anything to wear it once. La Blanca - please fix this flaw! I’m tired of paying $100-$200 for your suits and this keeps happening! Typically your underwires breaking me in the 15-20th wear, but the terrible fabric choice on the inside of this suit’s structure was obviously going to fail within 1-5 uses, and it did. Read more
