I bought these soaps as a treat for myself, and thought because of the Oprah endorsement they would likely be nice. Well they certainly are - I love the scents in these soaps! Every one I've used has been such a pleasure - nice clean scents that are pure and not overpowering. The orange blossom may be my favorite, but I've enjoyed them all. And the quality of the soaps is superb as well - rich, smooth and long-lasting. I liked them so much I've given them as gifts multiple times. They come in attractive metal tins. Beautiful fragrant soaps and each soap is wrapped in pretty paper and protected in the pretty metal container. It was fast shipping This is the second time I have ordered these as they are truly my favorites. I use them everyday. They are a very substantial size. Each one had a beautiful fragrance but not overpowering and they leave my skin moisturized as they have shea inn them along with other wonderful natural ingredients. I am so thrilled to finally get some French milled soaps of very high quality. These were Oprahs favorites on her Christmas list last year and now I know why. This soap lathers well, rinses off easily, leaves my skin soft and smells amazing. It is expensive at $10 a bar, but I think it is well worth it. One bar lasts me over two months. I have also given this brand of soap as gifts and all the recipients have just loved it! Read more

The individual soaps themselves were beautifully wrapped and smelled wonderful. However this was a gift and when I opened the tin the packaging was damaged with broken bits of plastic everywhere. I removed the broken pieces but it looked damaged. I didn’t have time to return it and ended up giving it as a gift anyways. The gift receiver was very gracious about the damaged packaging but I felt terrible gifting something that looked like that. I would purchase the soaps again but I would order soon enough that I could return it if it was damaged again. For the price I would not expect the packaging to be in such a poor condition.
