LA Colors Expressions Liquid Eyeliner BLE430 Black 0 22 Oz

I’ve been doing cat eye for 20 years now. So obs eyeliner is a big deal. I’ve tried many many many over the years and fell in love with this. I’ve been using it for years and it’s perfection. Doesn’t run in the corner of your eye, makes sharp lines. Then I recently ordered another so I could have a purse backup. The new one went on gross. No sharp lines at all, feathered on my eyelid when I put it on. Shiny (?) and weird. And it wasn’t old because the brush was plenty wet. So I went and got my old one from my purse, went on perfectly. I notice the packaging is different. I am praying to all of the Gods of Old that I just got a bad one, and not that the formula changed. Read more

It's an okay eyeliner. It has a brush aplicator and it is extreamly precise and goes on smooth. The only thing I don't like is that it needs to be layered on occasion, because it's not very pigmented. For the price it's a good eyeliner though Read more
