My Daughter practice her strength with another brand and her band rip off after a few week of practice. We brought her La Esmeralda bands set and this band is way more thicker than the other band she use to practice. She has been using this band for the last 9-10 day and she already improve more on her strength because this band had more thickness and resistance. Know She wrap one time the band on her foot to make more resistance on her leg, But when we got this Band she used to not to wrapped on her foot and only 9-10 day Her flexibility had improve a lot. Compare to the other band she had before, this is a better quality. My daughter is 12 years old and she is 5’3 and work great on her. She been doing Gymnastics and ballet for 5 years and we have not try out a band liked this. Had a HUGE amount of resistance to improve on your stretching. 87-90 inches at circumference this band has vs 80-82 circumference on the other band, it all depend how you want to measure on my opinion. Very nice therabands and thick band, One of her current band recently broke so I brought this set for her. Brought it for my 10 y/o daughter. The fit is good with some room to grow. She love the bands set that has both stretch band to improve her flexibility, and resistance band to improve her toes.
