Even when you store your multi-wipe package of makeup remover wipes upside down, I usually don't get to use all the wipes in the package before the pack dries out; mainly because I do not wear makeup every day anymore. These wipes work very well for me but, bear in mind, I have not tried them on any long-lasting style makeup; especially any waterproof mascara/eye shdow - for that I suggest a miscellar water or, more specifically, Lancome's Bi-Facil Makeup Remover, with a cotton ball. This isn't the fault of these wipes, it is just that you need that specific type of remover to effectively remove long-performance eye and face makeup. It is also great for refreshing your face and neck - think after sweating, the gym, housework, humid weather, etc. In fact during the hot & humid months I store these in the fridge or pop them on top of a paper towel in the ice chest. So by using this product I have become a convert to individually wrapped face wipes. PLUS!, the size of these wipes are noticably larger than the standard multi-makeup wipes packages. I have them stashed all over the house plus a couple in my purse, the glove comparment of the car, my gym bag, my briefcase, by the bed, next to the computer, etc. All bonuses and frankly as I write this I can't think of a con; except for perhaps a cost-per-wipe price increase of these over a multi-wipe pack; however, all the other pluses make any kind of per-wipe increase irrelevant. I first encountered the La Fresh Makeup remover wipes as an amenity in a hotel. I liked them so much that I took one home with me to try to find out where I could buy them. Amazon was the first place I checked, and I was delighted to find that I could buy them individually wrapped in a multi-packet box. I ordered them and the delivery was fast. I now take them on every trip, as I only need to take as many as the number of days I will be away instead of an entire package of Olay wipes, which are great, but I do not need 30 at a time, nor do I want extra unnecessary weight in my carry-on bag. I prefer wipes that are moistened, rather than those that lather up when you add water to them, and these have just the right amount of moisture. I was surprised that another reviewer had trouble because of her sensitive skin. I am very fair-skinned and use the Olay moisture cloths for sensitive skin when I am at home, and I have had NO problems with the La Fresh wipes. Read more
