Works, but frustrating for precision work

This scale technically does the job, but it's finicky. Even on a perfectly level surface, the readings drift - typically off by .003-.009g even right after calibration. For my needs (measuring in 125mg increments), it's workable, but the inconsistency is annoying. The scale seems overly sensitive to vibrations and air movement, yet somehow not sensitive enough to hold a stable reading. I find myself having to take multiple measurements and average them out, which defeats the purpose of having a "professional" scale. Looking back, I should have returned it and spent more on a higher-quality model. I'm not running a pharmaceutical lab or anything, but when you need precision measurements, constant drift and calibration issues get old fast. If you just need rough measurements, it's fine. But if accuracy and consistency matter for your work, invest in something better. This one will do the job, but you'll be fighting with it the whole time. Read more
