ordered it customized, and paid extra for express ship- dress was very pretty, fit well, lots of compliments, but still WAY to long, event though I clarified length needed a few times. Thankfully it is a wear once dress for me, so was able to cut off excess, and hem with seam tape on underskirt, and just cut off excess netting. (5 inches worth) Item also shipped later then expected, and arrived later then it should with express shipping. Was a struggle to get the extra express ship cost returned, needed to involve Customer Service. It should not be that hard to get a refund on express shipping, when an item arrives late. Read more

This dress is a little stiff, but when you get it on it’s fine. The wrinkles fell out from just hanging it up. I don’t like that you have to lace it up the back. You HAVE to have someone help you put it on. I won’t keep it as it’s too hard to put on. It looks nice once it is on so for the money and if you have help putting it on it’s worth it. Read more
