These boots are absolutely adorable and look just like the pictures. The design, the buckle details, fit, and the overall style are perfect for a dressy or casual look. Unfortunately, the quality of the materials didn’t match the appearance. One of the straps was already broken when the boots arrived, and the strap on the other boot snapped on the very first day of wear. We love these combat boots for Katelyn. They give all her outfits a bit of an edge while still being comfortable enough for her to wear all day. I'll get the bad part out of the way first. The first time these were worn the metal piece on the strap above your ankle fell off one of the boots. The very first day it was worn. It was only a run-of-the-mill day at school. Didn't even go outside for recess that day so it's not like she was running around the playground for hours. See photo for example of the issue. Quality issues don't stop there either. Fake leather is very thin and cheap feeling. After being worn for one day it's already wrinkling and collapsing in unable to support its own weight. It's a real shame because other wise they're really cute boots. They are plenty comfy. No complaints. She spent an entire day in them walking around and absolutely loved the bright white combat boot aesthetic. They fit perfectly. I ordered one size up from her usual shoe size since that's generally a good idea to do with boots and they fit well. I would recommend ordering a size up. Shame they use such cheap materials.
