Excellent quality towels
I have searched a long time for high quality quick-dry towels. Many of the towels I found shed a lot of didn't absorb water very well. These towels look, feel and function perfectly!! My favourite towels ever.
I bought these towels from Macy's a few years ago - and a couple got ruined when we had a leak and our caretaker used them to wipe up water - and they got stained. I love these towels so I went looking for them again and here there were at Amazon. They wash beautifully and I'm sure will last for many years, if the first ones I bought about five years ago are any indication. Not cheap, but not the most expensive either - I've purchased towels more expensive that didn't last. Read more
One wash and stitching already falling apart.
I don't expect these to last long. I washed these before use and already the stitching is falling apart. It really frustrates me that no one can make decent quality towels anymore. It used to be you could have a set of towels for a few years. Now, the sewing is so bad, the sides just fall apart after a few washes because the stitching is so bad. I had hoped these would be good but since we already have stitching coming out after one wash, I am not expecting these will last even 6 months. Read more
