These can be very useful for counteracting lactose, gas, etc, although to be clear - they only help - they do not in any way eliminate the effects, but the price is kind of way too high at $15.54. I did get some on sale at $13.21, but that is still kind of high for something that only lasts a month or less if you are eating much dairy, milk, cheese, butter, etc. Seem slike they could probably sell this for about $5.99 if they wanted to, and then I could afford to buy it more often. As it is with current prices, I'll have to ration it and just not buy it very often.
