They run small!!
Im 190 lbs at 5ft 7inches and I bought a XL..I could barely get into the first set of hooks!! If you weigh more than me id say get XXL or bigger because its not gonna fit. Luckily I finally got it on lol... Read more

I actually really like this waist trainer. It being latex makes it stick to your body like a glove making you sweat more than you normally would. My waist is 33 inches and I'm 5'3 inches. I ordered the XL but it's to big as I'm on the last hooks. It is super comfy to work out in. And I do feel like once I get the correct size it will give me posture support. Read more

Good quality waist trainer and check size before ordering.
I have been checking out on these waist trainers from a long time and found out the lady slim to give a try after readind the reviews and quite happy about the product when recieved and tried it on. The quality is good and the latex doesnt smell much once you wear it. Sad part which is bothering me is i have ordered a medium size (waist size 32.5 ) going by the size chart and reviews , this trainer already fits me on third hook which i feel is large leaving only one hook to compress.
