I am 5' 9" and 135lbs. I odered the Large. Normally I buy a size 8 pant but technically I am between a size 6 and an 8 depending on the manufacturer and the cut. These are comfortably form fitting but on the looser side. If you want a more 'true yoga pant fit', order true to your size. ** UPDATE: after wash/drying the size Large they fits me exactly how I would want the Medium to fit. It is 74 degrees in my house with a night time breeze coming through the windows and I am perfectly comfortable (i.e. not overheating. Though I would be if I was moving around doing chores or working out, for sure. ) I will definitely wear these around the house on cold winter mornings with cozy socks. I wont wear them in public (because public PJs are just not my style) or to a yoga class since the single color/no pattern + smooth surface of the material means they are not 'smoothing'... If you catch my drift. They are really cozy, stretchy, tailored, and more medium height waist that high waist. Read more
