I am 5' 9" and 135lbs. I odered the Large. Normally I buy a size 8 pant but technically I am between a size 6 and an 8 depending on the manufacturer and the cut. These are comfortably form fitting but on the looser side. If you want a more 'true yoga pant fit', order true to your size. ** UPDATE: after wash/drying the size Large they fits me exactly how I would want the Medium to fit. It is 74 degrees in my house with a night time breeze coming through the windows and I am perfectly comfortable (i.e. not overheating. Though I would be if I was moving around doing chores or working out, for sure. ) I will definitely wear these around the house on cold winter mornings with cozy socks. I wont wear them in public (because public PJs are just not my style) or to a yoga class since the single color/no pattern + smooth surface of the material means they are not 'smoothing'...
