This is the quintessential turtleneck. Fits well, is well made and can be worn folded down or scrunched down. I've dressed this turtleneck up with a pencil skirt and pants and then worn it woth with jeans or capris in late autumn. Pairs well with a trench coat, too. The knit is of nice quality. I followed the advice of many reviews which suggested this top ran very small. I also looked at the size chart and from this information decided to order the XL. I am 5'6" and 171 pounds. I am often a size L, sometimes M, sometimes XL depending on many factors. This XL was enourmous around the upper arms and upper body of the sweater. The area around the hip was a good fit. Because of this "shape" of the sweater, I don't think the large would have fit me either. I have never had a sweater so big in the upper body and fitted through the hip. So - this wasn't going to work for me. The turtle neck is very high on the neck, and a perfect fit, not too tight, and not loose - which I don't like in a turtleneck. The seller refunded the shipping cost for this trial which I really appreciate. If you are more of an apple shape, this is a really nice sweater. I wish it had worked on my body. Read more

Loved the material and the color, but it was too small. And I would have ordered a larger size but don’t know that it would have been long enough. I have a long torso so I need a women’s tall or a men’s tall. Read more
I really love these turtlenecks, their soft , warm Nice weight, not thin and cheap. I have black, light blue and a bright yellow one. I highly recommend. I wash them in cold water and hang to dry and they have held up and still look great after many washes Read more
I was so pleased when I saw these turtlenecks (I ordered 4)) in the packaging - color is rich and wrists/hem of the turtleneck is nicely finished. However, once I took them out, I knew they would not fit or be comfortable to wear. I hung the newly arrived fushsia sweater on my closet door, in front of my already owned grey turtleneck, from my usual brand. See pics re: the approx 3 inches of additional space/material there is in my existing (size Large) grey turtleneck versus the smaller dimension of the fuchsia size Large Danibe brand. Also, the Danibe has a stretchy, leotard feel to material when wearing against the skin. Finally, when I tried it on, it felt uncomfortable and like shapewear versus the soft/stylish comfort wanted in a turtleneck for office wear. So, back these go. However, if you want a richly colored, stylish turtleneck for looks only (at a good price point), this may be perfect for you. Just order at least one size up. Read more
