I have 7.5" circumference wrists, so I was hesitant that these would not fit me, since they are imported. Though I do not have large wrists, these types of bracelets rarely fit comfortably. I stretch them just enough to put my hand through, and they are comforatable to wear. If your wrists are any larger, you might feel some discomfort where the stones will sink into the skin as your body fluid balance changes throughout the day. I have the agate, howlite, and lava stone bracelets. These are nothing short of gorgeous. I am not engaging in hyperbole; these are gorgeous. I think this size will fit an average size male or large female. They were too large for me and tight on my husband. The stones are a decent quality and some are polished. These are three nice bead bracelets. Simple and inexpensive but doesn't look cheap. I just wish they were slightly larger. they are tight enough to pinch the hair on my average-sized wrists. I'd also prefer a better quality non-stretchy thread so that they would be more durable; the elastic will eventually give out.
