The media could not be loaded. I love this lap pillow so much!!! I have one upstairs and one downstairs. I used to take it around the house with me but it adds too much bulk to my stair journey lol. The pink fuzzy surface is so soft and has a firm plushness to it. It’s just enough to keep it in place without being the remote bit uncomfortable. The biggest value IMHO comes in the white plastic insert. The plastic material itself is thick and appears to be quite sturdy. The spring holders can accommodate a phone or tablet alike; and they fit perfectly. You can adjust the orientation and the spring loaded arm has so much flexibility to accommodate most lounging positions. The only assembly required was securing the ball and joint of the spring arm which took all of 10 seconds; easy peasy. I ordered this to give to my husband. He regularly watches shows on his phone while he is working or in random places around the house. This allows him to easily view his phone, have space for random accessories or snacks and not worry about everything spilling. I wasn't sure how much he would use it but he has used it almost everyday since he got it for Christmas. I was expecting him to use it more when we get into camping season. I am expecting that we will need to buy another one for him to leave at our camper this summer. It is nice that the bowl is easily removed to be washed. The phone holder is adjustable and can be pivoted in several ways. It is steady on soft surfaces and the pillow is soft and plush. This was a white elephant gift for a group ranging from 13 to 40. The 15 year old ended up getting this, out it together immediately, dared everyone else to try and take it from him, and then proceeded to not pay attention to anything else the rest of the night.
