I absolutely love these cups. They are sturdy enough to hold a full cup of hot coffee. The cup is built to keep your hands from getting hot, but also the coffee stays hot. I use one each day where I take my medication and then use it for multiple cups of coffee. I can rinse it out and then use the same cup for juice or milk etc. I never use traditional cups or glasses.
