This wooden toy storage tower is sturdy and great quality. It isn't complicated to put together and the rods are smooth pine that won't splinter. It is an attractive way to keep at least 30-50 small/medium sized stuffed animals contained and out of the way but still easily accessible to your child. You can stuff the toys in there and the bungee cords keep them inside without holding them so tight a small child can't pull out a favorite toy from the bottom. It isn't so heavy that you can't move it once it's put together but it doesn't easily tip over either. I wouldn't get this until your child is through trying to climb things though just to be on the safe side. This is a great idea. We went from an overflowing bin of stuffies to this little animal “zoo”. It is easy to assemble and took less than 30 minutes to put together. It’s nicely sturdy and lightweight. It’s a fun game for our 3.5 year old to try to toss the stuffies in from the top.
