More of a 3.5. I would get waterproof next time, and I don’t like waterproof mascaras. It just smudges soooo easily. Looks good when you finally get it to stay put. Very dark black, nice separating brush, but does get clumpy if you try to do extra coats to fast since it is so wet. Read more
