Boot looks nice and is comfortable. Slightly larger than expected, but thick socks should take care of that. Feet tend to get cold while wearing them. The warmth feature is centered around the fur on the upper edge and ankle area. It feels like memory form on inside, though real supporting arch. Lands' End is usually a good buy for me and these boots didn't disappoint. These boots are warm, comfy and true to size - Women's 11W. The fuzzy, rabbit-look fur around the top looks nice and helps to give a snug fit to keep out the cold. A loop at the back to help when pulling them on would have been nice, but it wasnt enough for me to remove a star. Would buy these again and would definitely recommend. Read more

These boots are cute and well made. I bought them in black. I wear an 7 or 7.5 but I typically go a bit bigger in winter boots , so I ordered an 8 because I have short, wide feet and have a slight deformity on the side of my right foot. They actually feel good size-wise, though some extra room in the toe which is ok for me. They are adorable on, especially with leggings. Read more

Boots are warm but almost too roomy. I have to wear my bulkiest socks or they're too loose. Biggest problem is the velcro closures that do not stay closed. I had an old pair of Land's end boots that had a zipper closure- that would be much better. As I walk the velcro continuously comes apart. Wish I had returned them. Runs true to size. They’re not overly warm but for everyday use they’re great. One thing I thought that could use improvement was cushioning. They’re not uncomfortable I just think they could be more cushioning. Also note that the top two metal fasteners look like they should be hooks, like on a traditional boot, for easy tightening/ loosening, they are not. They’re are metal loops, which in my opinion are not as functional but instead add to the looks. Read more
