Lane boots are beautiful and one of my favorites
I am so freaking excited to own my first pair of Lane boots! There are so many that I want, and eventually want to have a huge collection of them. Honestly, you can get a better deal buying them through Amazon then directly through Lane some of the time. Their customer service through Lane isn't the best, there were a pair of boots I wanted and I had the website set to notify me when they were back in stock, I got an email saying to order them now because they were on sale, and they were still out of stock in every size! So I emailed Lane and let them know hey you told me these were on sale and to get them now, but you don't even have them in stock. And they emailed me back a lengthy email to mostly let me know that any coupons that I had would not be useful when they came back in stock, and to not expect to be able to use any discounts because they won't be eligible. Lol okay... I was just letting you know that I want these boots and you're like teasing me with this email that made me think they were back in stock but they weren't. But they seem more worried about me getting a discount of sorts, I don't know it just left a bad taste in my mouth. Like don't worry, we will all pay full price just like you want... My goodness. Anyways, buy them through Amazon if you can I am letting them air out because they smell really strong, but so far they feel really comfortable and they are super cute!
