I am 5’6 150 pounds I broke my knee years ago. I have a metal plate, and rods in my knee. I also have a bad back that causes both of my legs to ach in the middle of the night, much much more if it’s cold outside in the winter, or if the AC is on, these are perfect they fit perfect.
