Very well made. No assembly, light weight and strong. Holds tablet or phone. I use it to hold my tablet in the morning while reading, drinking coffee and holding my cat. I can work/read without interruption or getting stiff arms from holdng the tablet. Some people complain about the arms being too stiff, that is necessary to hold the arm in position and not a fault.
