I’ve been using the CIDETTY 14” Laptop Screen Extender for portable work, and it works well for my setup. I chose not to mount the screens directly on my laptop lid because my laptop lid is not strong enough to support the extra weight. Instead, I use the attached stand and place the screens on the desk surface. This setup feels more stable for me. The two side screens give a great extension of monitor space. It really improves productivity when working with multiple windows and documents. The 1080P IPS display looks clear and sharp. Connection is simple with HDMI, and setup does not take long. When folded up, it is thin enough to fit into my rolling backpack, which is very convenient for travel. It works very well in cafés and indoor environments. However, under strong sunlight, the screen brightness is not strong enough, so outdoor use in direct sun may be difficult. Excellent product and price. Incredibly easy to install and use. I set it up in 2 minutes and it was just plug and play using the provided usbc cables. I’m using a 2021 MacBook M1 Pro 14 inch. Great picture quality at 1080p. The speakers on them are horrible. Otherwise no complaints. I like that they save a lot of space and are portable. It comes with a bag. I work from home and really wanted a way to bring my extra monitors outside on nice days instead of being stuck in my office all the time. This triple monitor setup actually works very good! They were super easy to connect and it comes with a kick stand in the back so you can lean it back and it doesn't tip your laptop over. One thing to know is that they are a bit heavy, specially if you use a really thin ultra-portable laptop. The main adjustmnet I wish they would make is the wiring. Right now I have to run one USB-C to the left screen, and another USB-C to the right screen. Since my laptop only has two ports, that means I can't plug my power cord in! Luckily I figured out that since each monitor has 2 usb-c slots, I can plug my charger into one of the monitors and it powers the laptop. It would just be way better if the monitors connected to each other so I only needed one cable going to the computer. Also, since they are technically two separate monitors, the computer sees them as two seperate speakers. So you have to pick if the sound comes out of the laptop, screen 1 or screen 2. Im not sure if there's a way around that but its a little weird. Other then those two things, I love it so far. Definitly recommend if you want to escape your desk and work on the patio! Read more

Super cool product. Took 5 minutes to set up. Works great with my Windows laptop, which conveniently has a thunderbolt port on each side. My version is a bit on the heavier side when folded up, but I'm not moving around that much, and it's a good trade-off for the portability and convenience. Read more
