I'm going to start off with the fact I am not an art connoisseur at all. I'm the type of person that I can see something and either like it or I don't. With that in mind, when I first came across this three piece set on Amazon, I stopped scrolling and had to look at it. I wasn't even shopping for wall art. There was something about the textures, color used in each, and the raised, 3D effect that drew me in. I didn't order right away and came back and looked at them three different times before finally getting them. After they arrived, I unpacked each one and was drawn in when more-yes, I really like these and they are better in person than in the photos. They are well made and the frames are real wood, and thick. They are also light weight, so hanging them was a breeze. Included was hanging hardware, a template, and each frame already had the hangers built into each corner at the top. I decided to go with a staggered look in my foyer going upstairs. I used painters blue tape to position the template, along with a level, and went to work. I used the thick nails after removing the little red things on them (no idea what they are for) and probably within 15-20 minutes or so, I had them up. After I hung each one, I checked the level, and on the last one, one side was way off, about a half a bubble. Turned out, the nail hadn't fully slipped down into the slot on the hanger. Gave it a nudge and it slid down and was spot on. I can say that this set makes my foyer/stairway look grand and rich, which I wasn't expecting. I am totally pleased with these. This 3 piece set of XL abstract wall art is absolutely gorgeous! I had a large open wall that I’ve been searching for something to fill and having a hard time, because everything I came across seemed to be so “common”, but these art pieces are anything BUT common! The neutral colors fit perfectly with my home décor and the textures of these pieces bring it to an even higher level. The frames are gorgeous and actually made from a beautiful solid wood, which is a nice refreshing touch from other pieces and the that also includes literally everything you could need to hang these up. My daughter has a masters degree in art, and she thinks these are phenomenal ~ she actually compared them to the level of art that are hung in their gallery exhibits, which is quite impressive to me! There’s minimalistic themed pieces makes such a beautiful bold statement, and they look so much more expensive than they are making this price point an incredible value. The media could not be loaded. Art can be a challenge sometimes, because even if one has a print or painting they adore, it doesn't always fit the decore of a room. This abstract wall art solves this problem easily. The colors are neutral. I really like that this art adds texture, instead of busyness to my walls. The art provides a nice focal point, without being a distraction. For some people, varied prints or colors are their thing. For me, it is different textures. The stuffed teddy bear feel of boucle, the creaminess of a velvet pillow, the plush, springiness of a wool rug. This art is a bit like that, but for the eyes. What is nice about textured art, is that it changes a bit with the movement of light. Another feature that I like, is the art canvas protrudes from the walls, and then the 3D designs stand out even more. The 3D design is also a bit nubby and shadows play along the surface. The is a lot of subtle interest and low key movement. This tactile art reminds me a bit of ripples in sand made by waves. Or maybe better, like "Bonseki" the ancient sand art and its raked landscape. Calming and nature-like. Sophisticated and classic. The fames are well made and square. They are a light, natural/neutral colored wood. The mounting hardware on the back of the frame is significant and is bolted on with 4 screws each! They even added in gloves and a box of mounting hardware which is more than sufficiently sturdy for this framed art. There is even a tape measure and a template to help hang it. Everything except a hammer and screwdriver to make installation as easy as can be, even if one has to install them alone. I love everything about these. Read more
