What a great set up. I needed an adhesive that would hold something weighing 7.5# that would not let loose and this adhesive back and the hooks works perfectly. I actually am using it for hanging a large office calendar and some clothing (heavy jackets). So far the adhesive is holding perfectly and there has been no slippage or issue with it releasing from the surface it's stuck to. The hooks are quite sturdy too. And large enough to hold a broom handle horizontally between two hooks. One caution is to make where you will place this adhesive backing as you will not be moving it to adjust it. Once it is on the surface, it's there permanently. So be sure you have it set level before pressing it against the surface. Just to test it, I hung a 20# bucket of feed from it and it held without a problem. Great product. Worth the money for sure. Read more
I purchased these hooks to hang Christmas wreaths on my outdoor windows. Cleaned the area and dried before application. Easy to position and apply. Held the wreaths firmly even in windy stormy weather. Will leave on my windows after the season because with them being clear they can’t be seen from the roadway. The hooks are intriguing....they will not work for the purpose ordered but they are strong, handy and easy to use. So I plan to keep them and see how they work out. I have placed 2 in a cabinet to hold kitchen ware items to keep them from being tangled with pots and pans. They are very easy to adhere/install, the adhesive patch is clear and not distracting.
