The value of this item is really nice despite the cheap cost. I was expecting ripping seams and/or thin material but it was really nice. The zippers aren't those cheap plastic ones and they're actually made of metal. It's big and fits a lot inside. Great bag. Thick material, but sill able to embroider some cool designs. Push pins are holding up well on the material as well. The strap seems strong. Storage is good. Nice bag. It has two little cupholders on the outside that are useful and don't spill your drinks, an outer pouch that is perfect for a laptop charging cable, and multi-directional zippers. My laptop is 14" and fits through the zipper opening with some slight maneuvering. The strap is comfy even at maximum capacity with heavy electronics in the body of the bag. I was initially going to return this because there was a shipping mix-up with USPS and it took a while to arrive. Once it did, I noticed it collected pet hair easily.
