I was pleasantly surprised that I could use this tool on my leg over my sweats and feel a difference. If you’re a do it yourself kind of person you can use it over clothing on your legs or arms that feel tight or stiff for a few minutes and you might feel a difference after using it. The handle also makes it easy to hold. I’m giving it three stars because I want to use it for a while to see if it can make a bigger difference to me. Read more
