These boots are super comfortable inside with the perfect amount of cushion. My order arrived packaged perfectly and included an extra set of laces. Though I am a leather worker who’s not a big fan of sporty looking laces in leather boots therefore I will be changing the laces to leather. I will also oil and weather protect the leather. I found this brand on a trip to Alaska and one day I decided to see if the brand was available in the lower 48's. I was ecstatic to find them on Amazon and although not cheap, they are show stoppers. I have 3 pairs from this brand and whenever I wear them I can't go more than a few steps before being complimented or being asked where I purchased my shoes/boots. I used to have to say Alaska and look at a sad face - but now I say Amazon and watch jaws drop and see a smile. This is the first pair I purchased on Amazon and I love that they were flat. My others had heels. This pair from Amazon came in pristine condition in a perfect box with inserts to keep the boots in shape. If you're willing to drop a couple hundred dollars on Ugg's which is another brand I have several pairs of, you will definitely not receive the kind of compliments you'll get when wearing these. They're perfect if you're going out day or night. I like wearable art so I'm always on the lookout for beautifully made, gorgeous, unusual footwear that is comfortable and absolute showstopper's. They make a pair of jeans into an elegant statement or wear them with leggings or any type of pants you're comfortable in. Definitely worth every penny and then some. One of my absolute favorite brands. Fits perfect to size and although they look like they lace up they have a hidden zipper and because of the attention to detail your foot doesn't move around so no need to make them tighter and I'm on the small to average size.
