This is now my favorite of all my waist trainers. It is LONG covers my entire back and stomach. Feels great on m lower back and hips. I have EDS and all the fun comobilities that come along with my genetic mutation. My collagen is basically watered down Elmer’s glue most people have gorilla glue. I wear a waist trainer to stabilize my SI joint and hold my internal organs in place. It helps with my constant pain. Also helps with my POTS. I’ve tried so many waist trainers a variety or prices this is now my favorite. I ordered XS it fits on the last row. I’m normally a small but I figured it would loosen up. I am happy I sized down. Have been using it for months now and the quality and durability is fantastic, no bending or broken eyelets or hooks. Also gives you good back support and helps with posture. Easy to clean in the washing machine and dryer on the regular setting and low temperature dryer. I found it’s easier to put on if you buckle it up first than step into it and then pull it up over your hips to just under your bust line. Read more

The size runs small but it comes with an extension which assists you to wear it. The material is steady and firm so it will prevent the rolling up issue that most of the other will do. And because is firm I was not able to make tight as I which the first week but you’ll be able to reduce one hook after you break it out. I’ll recommend to get a long bra so you can see the difference on your body other ways your breast will be sticking out with a shape. I have been able to wear it for 6 hours plus and still comfortable to have it on. At the beginning I was thinking and return it since I have to add the attachment but later I regretted it is an amazing waist trainer and now I’m planning to order a second one. Read more

This corset is nice shaping the waist. Only thing I would say is the back fat just comes out the top. That’s a me problem but overall love the how it shapes the waist. Wear it everyday at work. Also, the coming in the front hurts at the top. But I wear a tank top or something long enough to help cushion that. Read more

I've been using it for a week to correct my posture and protect my back during leg workouts. The material seems to be of good quality and durability, despite the short time of use. The corset doesn’t fold and provides good stability. My only complaint is about the length. If you, like me, have a short torso, it can be difficult to sit or do squats, as the corset will poke and hurt your thighs. A petite size M would be ideal. Read more

I got both an XXL(Beige) and XL(Black) since I was between sizes. I’m glad I bought the XXL because I would’ve never been able to put on the XL. Each of these waist trainers come with a 3” (3 inch) extender, however, I recommend that you size up. You can always make it tighter but if it’s too small, you can’t even wear it and what is the point of that?? You should still be able to breathe and move around and workout so please don’t get it too small that it starts hurting you. I wear mine at least 5 hours a day and already lost a few inches. I now am using my XL and am storing the XXL for days that I might feel bloated. I provided measurements of each waist trainer I bought so that hopefully it helps someone make the right decision. If you are between sizes, get the bigger size. It should feel comfortable while it hugs your body and makes you sweat. It should also be able to spacious enough that you can pull it down and cover your lower belly… this thing helps melt that fat away! Read more

The media could not be loaded. I loved this design because I have a large mid section and have run into the issue of waist trainers not staying down when I do simple things like walk or bend down. With the additional space for love handles or upper butt area it allows this movement. BUT the trainer came without a hook which you will see and I have to don’t think it’s convenient to require me to send this one back when I do not drive. I think proof of the damage should be sent a new one should be sent right away for the trouble. Another huge thing i’d like to add is to SIZE DOWN. I have a large midsection as you can see in the pictures. I am on the second row in a size medium with no discomfort. Another negative I’d add is the sizing is off. Read more
