This is a thick, matte, long-wear concealer that I sometimes use instead of foundation for light makeup days with a few spots to conceal, (with excellent coverage) as the shade I got matches my tone perfectly. It lasts all day for my 8-10 hour workdays. For combo skin like mine, this means you do not have to set with powder as much or if at all. No scent, and a little on the dry side, so recommend a base of your preference first. I would purchase a shade lighter for an actual highlighting concealer. I love it! Great coverage without any “cakey” look below my eyes. Once it’s blended into my dark circles it’s not even perceptible. It doesn’t lie in the creases around my eyes either. I look smooth and not overly made up. I quit wearing much makeup most days because it didn’t really improve my appearance but since I started using Laura Geller I put on makeup everyday and it stays put all day long. When I first tried this I found it overwhelming and thick. So I decided to return it. The problem is the applicator is quite big and if you apply it directly to your undereyes, you get way too much product and it applies thickly and does cake. So I tried again. This time, after giving my undereye moisturizer a few seconds to soak, I used my finger to get a tiny amount (from the applicator) on each eye and voila, it is everything it promises. The color blends nicely and the darkness under my eyes disappears. I am keeping it! Excellent product. I have used many, many concealers over the years at all different price points, some more disappointing than others and this is the best one I have ever tried. It provides very nice coverage for hiding dark circles without appearing cakey. Applies silky smooth. It stays on great for many hours without needing to touch up. I'm a makeup artist who doesn't practice the trade as often as I used to so I'm a little out of touch with some of products. I am really pleased with this concealer. It's hydrating, good coverage, feels expensive. I am a medium neutral skintone with purple undereye tones. I would have likely done better with a little bit of a darker tone, but the Medium does well with a color corrector without creasing and sticking to fine lines. Also a great price. I am a big Hourglass concealer fan but it's been dry lately. I think I might have this be my new go-to. Read more

I purchased this product to help cover my dark circles. I used the product for the first time this morning. I washed my face, applied a matte primer and dotted some concealer under my eyes then blended it in.
