This has become my go-to coffee for my morning routine. It delivers a rich, full-bodied flavor that is strong without being bitter or acidic. I find it to be very smooth with a pleasantly aromatic and slightly sweet finish. The aroma alone when brewing is a great way to start the day. For a medium roast, it has a definite boldness, which I appreciate, but it remains well-balanced. One important thing to note is the grind. It's not quite as fine as some other pre-ground espresso brands. For my moka pot, the consistency is absolutely perfect and produces an excellent cup every time. I could see it working very well in a drip coffee machine or for refilled pods, too. However, if you are using a high-end espresso machine that requires a very fine, specific grind for proper extraction, you might get better results by grinding your own beans. Overall, this is a fantastic, flavorful coffee that strikes a great balance between strength and smoothness. The quality is consistent from bag to bag, and it delivers a delicious cup that reminds me of the coffee I’ve had in Italian cafes.
