I love this coffee. To reduce the acidity, I have gone to dark roast. I went with Peet’s for a while, because it was available at Costco at a nice price. However, I believe this Lavazza is better. It is smooth, tasty and has the hints that are advertised. I just wish that Costco would carry it. Read more

Having used Starbuck's coffee for years, I thought I would branch out. I first started drinking espresso in France and have had Illy many times. The LaVazza Gran Reserva is magnificent as is the best and the Super Crema is a close second. Espresso without a lot of crema, is bad coffee. Read more
The strength of these beans is definitely medium. We used them in our DeLonghi Magnifica espresso machine daily. While we are true Lavazza fans, we have switched to a darker roast (still Lavazza). Read more
