Good! Not great.
Great product, but has a couple issues. Sometimes, when turning it on, it will get stuck at the powering on screen. I have to turn it off and then back on and then it will work. Also, for directly connecting it to the PC, it's now February and I bought this in September, but I'm just now figuring this out. You have to connect it to the PC while it's off and then power it on. The instructions just said to connect it while it's off, so I didn't think I would have to turn it on. Maybe I sound dumb for that, but regardless, that part at least works now. Overall, it's a very useful covert camera. Read more

Caring customer service can improve.
The device has a great video quality and looks great, HOWEVER, I already got a replacement because the first one would never connect directly to the PC with the cable it comes with (obsolete micro usb cable older than the old one), but guess what..? the replacement wouldnt connect either. A computer engineer friend of mine trouble shooted it for me and determined there was a problem with the first device. Now I have to connect the device to my cellphone thru wifi to export the videos and then pass them from my cellphone to my PC which a pain in the butt and extremely time consuming and the connection process being very unstable. In addition to all this, the sellers that answer the phone never seem to be concerned about this issue due to the poor costumer service they provide. They have that ‘I really dont care about your problem’ attitud. Unfortunately, there isnt really something better in the market so Im pretty stuck with that almost $500-product. Read more
