I bought these as stocking stuffers for myself and my two daughters because we all love our candles and incense. We can never seem to find our shared lighter so the 3 pack was perfect for us. I was expecting a typical flame but these are crazy high tech! The battery life is incredible. We use these all the time and I don’t think any of us have need to charge ours yet. I love the bendable component for awkward candle angles. I wasn’t sure how they’d do with my incense sticks but I think I’ve figured it out. Hold the lighted “beam” directly on the end of the incense until the incense gets a good flame on it. Then you can blow it out. I do have to hold the lighter on the end for several seconds to get a good flame, otherwise my incense just fizzles out. Great value for the money. Would 100% recommend. Read more

Got these because the auto ignition for our gas cook top went haywire. Diagnosing that issue proved to be difficult without throwing $ and parts at it. When we remodel the kitchen we plan to get a new one, but that's not for a while, so we've been using matches which is an inconvenience and a waste of them (and smell), or inconsistent butane BBQ lighter type.... and my wife complaining about it all. So got these and they are FANTASTIC, even fun to use. Also a perk this set came with a red one and my wife loves that because it matches her red accent decor in the kitchen. A few items of note: 1- the 4 lite indicator lets you know its charge level. 2- yes it recharges using a USB-c cable but if you're like most folks you have longer ones already for a variety of devices... if not it comes with 3 short ones. (haven't needed to recharge yet and its been used a lot over the past week and half) 3- work really well for lighting the gas burners 4- its virtually silent 5- its a pretty cool gadget 6- you do need to slide the little slide switch on to use, then off when done. But the actual ignition is a simple push button. The slide is a safety. 7- for $10 you get three of them. Super deal ;) Although I have not used it for anything other than my gas cook top, I'm quite confident it would work great for a gas BBQ or camp stove, and/or candles, etc. Because I grew up in the 70s, and raised my kids with a sense of adventure, (and a lot of camping), these may be a tad bit of a temptation for them to "chase each other around" with. They are in essence a TINY light saber device (plasma arc). I'm not sure if it would cause a burn or an electrical shock... or both. Now don't go get your panties in a bundle, I'm just pointing out what "some" kids might think/attempt when they literally see how this works, and if they are as close and adventurous/curious as my kids were... at least once. . I’m very excited to go from traditional lighters that burn me while trying to light a candle to these. I just got them so I probably shouldn’t be writing a review but they are really easy to use. Works as intended and it is just what I was looking for. Exactly as advertised. Don't know if the battery lasts yet, but it sure looks like it will last a quite well on a charge. The media could not be loaded. These are so fun! Perfect stocking stuffers for all the men in our family and the women too! So handy to be able to have instant flame when needed. I have only used it to light candles and BBQ grills. I don't know how well they would work for lighting logs if you aren't using paper. Comfortable to have in a desk at work, not as dangerous as the fluid type. Love all the colors as well. You can see in the video that if the "on" switch has been left on too long it won't work. Many times I forget to switch it off, so I'm glad for that safety mechanism. The little lights show how much battery is left, it keeps a charge for quite a long time. I've used it probably 5 times a week for 2 or 3 months and I still have two lights out of four left on the battery. It's super easy and quick to charge. It lights quickly, which you can't tell from the video because I had to hold the camera and wasn't getting the flame right on the wick. Not very loud at all, you just hear a little sizzle while it's lit up, quieter than the video. Will definitely buy again. Read more
