I also needed a backup soldering iron though, and I ended up going with this set over others because the soldering iron included extra tips (I prefer a slant tip.) The company stated to reach out to them by email if there was any issue, and I emailed them about the issue two weeks ago asking if they could send the tips and they never responded.
