This chair is a life changer for me. I have back and neck issues, so a normal office chair does not work for me. The back of the chair is perfect height when you lay against it there is relief. The chair reclins to different position and locks where you set it. The foot rest is easily accessed and comfortable. It is so nice to ease back and give back and neck muscles a break. The lower back massager is more vibrating than massager so I do not use it. The heat option is nice and I do use it. The parts seem durable so a little time and use will tell. Reading the reviews I was a little concerned about the back being crooked. It was rather easy to put together. Packaged very nicely. The box was rather heavy. After installing, the back does lean to one side. It is a easy fix, you just loosen the screws, straighten back and retighten. The leg rest is difficult to get out. The recline handle is a little hard to reach when in locked position. I bought this to be able to work whole breastfeeding and letting baby nap on me. It is perfect for this. Harm height is just right and cushioned. The recline allows you to adjust for comfort. And height adjustment allows for maneuvering at your desk with a baby on you. A friend has this chair and absolutely loves it so my expectations were quite high. It is comfortable and sturdy but not over the top. The little pillow is a little too bulky but I miss it when I remove it. It’s nice and tall, and supportive. I can use the footrest and recline a bit when o don’t have to be on camera. Overall, it’s a great buy for the money and function. Much better than the “lumbar” one that I had before. Very attractive too. Read more

Great chair! Very comfortable. I can't believe how well it reclines - very smooth. The only problem I had was with the foot rest. Dummy me, I kept trying to push it under the chair not realizing you had to turn the cushion upside down before you closed it up - that would have been helpful in the instructions. And also, the little box that tells you to use the recline feature, you have to press the handle to adjust and pull up to lock. That seems to be backwards. Not impressed. Had the chair for about a month, now. I sit in it about 9 hrs/day and am not thrilled with the "quality." The cushioning in the seat doesn't "rebound" once I get up (no, I'm not overweight)... there's quite a bit of space between the back and the seat... I have to tighten the screw on the armrest every other day. Would definitely not recommend this for extended use. *** Update *** Lowered stars to one. After just 5.5 months of use, the chair is ready for the trash. Seat cushion flat and turned blue from wearing jeans... arms loose (even though I tighten them every 2 days), squeaks and makes cracking sounds every time I sit in it. Also, you can see in the picture that the width of the seat protruded from the width of the back. Wow. Bought a name brand chair today and will take this one to the dump. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Super comfy & easy set up. Follow instructions and took no more than 15 min to put together. Quality is a combination, some flimsy lastic parts, the material must be careful with buttons or sharp objects because can easily make unwanted holes. Size odor the back is a good relaxing fit the leg support to rest is on the shorter side since my feet hang over a little to much causing strain on the hips.
