Love this bag. It is the perfect size without being too big or bulky. Holds my surface pro great and my notebook, charger and more. I never wore both straps with my back pack so this is perfect. The reviews about the strap are understandable because it has a quick release feature that is great when it’s cinched up as a cross body. Love the bag. I wasn't gonna make a review but I have time. I just recieved it yesterday. It replaced my molle style cross strap back. The old bag was great to add attachments but it didn't have much space and had an army/rock climbing appeal to it. Perfect for my work. Now isn't my promotion, my attire is now dress casual. So I wanted a bag to match that while still being able to carry a lot. So far it's doing exactly that. It looks very modern while not costing an arm and a leg. The space of this bag is tremendous. Every pocket has a purpose and there's so many, I ran out of ideas on how to use them. In my training, they gave us two manuals to work with. Im actually able to put one in the laptop pocket with extra room remaining! All of my other tools fit in this bag with ease! Along with any other miscellaneous items I prefer. And the bag is far from stuffed to the brim and maintains a slim profile. This is why I think it would make an excellent carry on bag for flights. As far as the lock, idk. Its not a bad lock by the looks of it but I only use it to keep the baf from opening. I haven't actually set a combo. The lock is good for flying purposes but I wouldn't want to have to fight with the lock to get my equipment while I'm at work. The bag also looks its price. Don't think it'll look like a premium leather bag. This is for everyday wear so I'm not looking for a top tier looking bag. Read more

This bag was solid, almost perfect to use for work. My main gripe with this bag, the cause for me to return this, was the strap. It cannot hold ANY adjustment you make to it.
