Great Disguise
With old school buckles and looking like a prop from a World War II spy movie, this actually opens easily with magnetic snaps. Clever, the classy look is the highest virtue of this satchel. Geared for a laptop, in lieu thereof it can easily accommodate files and numerous notebooks. Great vintage looking bag. Easy to get stuff in and out of.
I got this bag for my son to carry around his Chromebook, a few books, and other things at school. He loves it! The bag looks and feels pretty well made. It will hold just about anything you can fit in it. It has a divider in the large part so you can keep a laptop or similar item protected on one side and your books or papers on the other side. There are smaller pockets for pens and pencils, a calculator, or whatever else you need to carry. There's also a pocket on the end where you can slide a drink in. The front straps with buckles are just for looks; there's actually a magnetic snap that holds that strap shut. It holds pretty well for being a magnet. Good value, good looking
I just received this product today. I haven't used it yet, but all indications are that it is quite a nice bag. It's visually very good looking with a textured leather outer surface and antique brass-looking hardware. Under the main flap are two outside pockets about 8"Hx7"W. The center section lined in nylon. It is divided into a laptop pocket with a velcro strap, and a second section for notebooks, etc. In the second section along one side are four smaller pockets (two can each hold a pen/pencil, and two measure roughly 6"Hx4"D. Behind these is a zippered pocket measuring about 7"Hx9"W. a final zippered pocket appears on the outside of the bag on the back. It appears to be very well made. Although I'm retired now, i used to run corporate-client based business, and this bag looks nicer than anything I carried.
