From the time I ordered this furniture they had a Customer Service Representative texting me and texted me till I received the furniture. You don’t find Customer Service like that anymore. I was glad to have had the privilege of doing business with such great people. The furniture is amazing. Looks good. Feels good. Supports your back like a chair is supposed to and everything you need is at your fingertips. There is some “assembly” required if you want to call it that. All you have to do is slide the back of the furniture into the tracks and it clicks into place. Also the furniture has wings they also just click into place. Everything is motorized so you do have to connect power cords together and things like that nothing tough or complicated. Now I will tell you one thing that wasn’t covered and I took for granted. The LED lights that come with the furniture is blue. You cannot change it. I thought maybe you could with an app but it’s a No Go. But you will be extremely happy with this purchase that that little detail won’t seem that important. I would definitely do business with this Company again and in the future if any of my Friends or Family have furniture needs I will definitely be recommending them to this Company. Such a gorgeous set Oh my Goodness. This set looks exactly like the pictures( I mean exactly). It was worth every single penny, as this is a reclining power set so you do not manually release the recliners there is buttons that open and close the recliners on each set. I love this set I ordered the 3 piece and my family and I are so in love. I was nervous spending a certain amount of money over the internet. However, L&T (the furniture store that owns the product) they communicated with me very very well. As soon as I purchased the set they reached out to confirm a valid contact number for delivery day. They also communicated with me during the delivery process. They were very professional and very fast. As my set was not to be delivered until the 20th of March. I received it on the 11th and I honestly could have had it in my possession on the 6th( deliver was rescheduled) however I am still so happy because I still have before the 20th. Great buy and I can not wait to find more items from this store as I am so pleased with this set. There is tons of storage space, there is also LED lights lined under each set.
