These are very functional rechargeable LED light bars. If they are used as motion sensitive lights when it is dark they stay charged for a long time. That is when the bars are used just to stay lit for a couple of minutes at a time once or twice per day. The light is very white which is not changeable, however the lightness or brightness of the light can be dimmed somewhat. The three mode settings available make these quite versatile. The motion detection is very sensitive. Just a very slight motion even from ten feet away will cause them to light. They do shut of quite quickly after no movement is detected. These lights are GREAT! Just what I wanted and needed for the dark areas of my apartment, especially at night. Installation is a cinch if you know how to peel double stick tape. Pros: -bright and reactive -brightness can be set on each light individually -timing for sensor can be changed but the standard 10-15 seconds is perfect. -with standing charging dock - charging is a breeze Cons: -only has cool white light - I would have loved a warm white setting -VERY sensitive - I wish you could adjust this so things like my cat moving or a door cracking open wouldn’t set it off That’s it. I think these might be right up there in a tie with my all time favorite in these type of lights. The ones I've had for years have been really good lights and have a magnet strip the length of the light which works well. These lights have a magnet in the middle and the included self adhesive magnet piece you attach to your wall, cabinet, closet, etc., has so far been holding good. The charging station is a big plus to me and although I've seen reviews saying they lights don't like to sit in them good enough to make contact, I've had no problems as all. They snap down in there and stay upright and all three can charge at once, or just one or two. There's also a USB C port on the end so you can charge them with the included cord or one of your own. They hold a charge a really long time, in fact, I've not had one run down yet. I had one on all afternoon and evening on bright and it still hadn't waned any so I'm not sure yet just how many hours they will last on one charge. They are also dimmable so you can reduce the light brightness and they'll last even longer. The motion sensor works properly and has come on every time I'm within any reasonable distance which is another thing I like. You can switch it to stay on all the time as well, or use the sensor mode in either night time, (darkness), or day mode which means the light will still come on if it senses motion. You can use the included remote, (battery already installed), for all of the same functions as using the buttons on the light itself, but also use a timer function to set it to shut off at 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hr or 2 hr. Note that if the lights are in close proximity the remote will run them all. These 6 lights are so worth the money! I've paid this much for just two before and these have a lot of functions. Also, the charging station has a slot in the front to hold the remote so you won't lose it. How thoughtful! Great engineering in my opinion and so far I love everything about them. These LEDs are bright and the adhesive is strong. Its simple to cycle through the light modes. On night mode activated by movement, the LEDs last about a week or so and are pretty sensitive to movement even from far away or through a cracked door. The only issue with this system is the charging, the stand seems too loose for holding the LEDs to where if they tilt a bit too much, they wont charge. Read more
