Although its overall performance is quite good, it's uncomfortable to use, no thought was given to its ergonomics/comfort, especially because it's a bit heavy, and after a while of use, this mask gets hot, it's not going to burn you but it can be somewhat uncomfortable because it will make you sweat. I kinda bought this in a whim to even out the number of gifts between my kids. I didn’t expect it to be so cool! The LEDs are bright and it has many different modes and expressions. I got this for my teen for Christmas, he had an led purge mask for Halloween and it broke so I thought this would be a fun replacement just for messing around not so much for Halloween.. it looks like it’s a welders mask, it’s pretty bright during the day and at night it lit up very well. It’s definitely more for a child’s face than an adult. It was easy to use with a few clicks of a button. Overall, it’s good for fun but I think value wise it’s a bit overpriced for what it is. A black face mask with lights. It doesn’t really do much aside from it being a novelty item with a few uses before it gets boring for my teenager. Update: it’s been a few months and we just now took it out of the box for my younger child to use. My teenager got a higher tech mask so this one lost its appeal very quick. My 6 year old likes it. Comparing this to the higher tech one we have. This one is hard plastic with a cushion around the eyes but it sticks out so far from her face, it is very bright but it’s individual leds and I think a few of them stopped working because she was smacking it because it changed the image on the mask but i think that isn’t supposed to happen because it has a button to push to change them. Who knows. The eye slots are obvious when in use.. overall it’s just a plastic light up mask, it’s fun for her but I wouldn’t have bought one myself.
