Lee Womens Relaxed Fit Plain Front Straight Leg Pant

I love these pants and find that they are perfect for me; they are comfortable,fit well, resist wrinkles and look professional at work. Although these pants are carried at local retailers, they never have the longs. I am so grateful to be able to buy them here without having to rifle through stacks of short and regular inseams to find (maybe) the one pair of longs. I am a 33.5 inch inseam and the longs fit me just perfectly. I did not measure them but I believe they are a 34" inseam. I like a bit of a break on my pants. These pants wash up beautifully. I hang dry all of my clothes and unlike other pants these dry very quickly. I am on the small end of my size and these fit me beautifully; I'd say if you are between sizes, order up. If Lee asked I'd say these are great, don't change a thing, more colors please! Read more

I have always liked the quality and fit of Lee pants, although I was hesitant about buying these without trying them on first, due mainly to my small waist. Since these were advertised as having a flexible, comfort waist, I guess I'd assumed the waist wouldn't be an issue. Well, it turns out that the pants are a perfect fit in size 6 (including the tummy & rear) and really comfortable--except for the waist, which is a little too big. Realizing that the next size down would probably be too small overall, I kept them anyway and wear them with casual tops which hide the waistband. The stretch twill fabric is easy care; and the pants machine wash & wear well. (The advertised 'tummy panel' is a nice touch, too.) I bought the pants in Medium length which turned out to be just right for me, i.e. at 5'5".) I usually wear 14short and I needed a pair of pants for work and I ordered 14long and hemmed the legs up. I found they are really big the waist. I would order the same size as you usually would. I like my pants a little tighter and not too much room to breath. I have to stand all day and they had too much on my stomach for my liking (go up to my waist) and kept falling down and causing the crotch area to fall down too. I have had wonderful luck with Lee's Suddenly Slimmer, Trousers, and Misses pants. They aren't tight in the legs which is nice and make you butt look great! Being a short person it helps that I don't usually have to hem these pants. They are great for casual and business casual. The trousers are wonderful for business. They are so comfortable. I bought what I could locally and then started hunting around online. Hello Amazon!! I love this site because they seem to have everything. Ordering clothes online is tricky but I've been very lucky. I have been wearing Lee's for years - this specific brand - relaxed fit. I can buy two pairs at the same time and neither fit the same. One is usually cut a size smaller while the other one fits perfect. I have actually started buying a size larger because even if they do fit when you buy them by the time you wash them a couple of times they have shrunk to be a size smaller. Incredibly frustrating. Color seems to make a difference too. Never know what you are going to get. Their quality has definitely gone downhill. It also seems like they have changed the cut as well, so it is thinner through the hips and thighs and the legs are cut thinner at the bottom. I actually like the way the fit because they seem to fit more on the waist and give you a more slimming look, but there is absolutely no way that you can buy your normal size - you have to go up a size, which is a must now because of the new cut regardless of the shrinkage issue. Completely hit or miss with every order. I had bought in the past directly from Lee's but their customer service is so horrible I will only buy from Amazon or a store where I can easily return if needed. Read more

I'm 5'3" and wear size 16 short, and these Lee pants fit perfectly in both size and length. They also wear like iron, and are made from a twill that looks sharp with minimum care. They are washable and dryable, and resist fading even after dozens of washes. My one and only complaint -- and it is so minor that I won't downgrade the number of stars for it -- is that the black and navy are almost impossible to tell apart. I eventually marked their labels with their colors using indelible ink, but before I did that, I had to hold them up next to each other to figure out which was which. I wear a size 12 and always order a 14 in the regular Lee jeans so they fit like a 12 after all the shrinkage is done from washing and drying them. I ordered a size 16 so I could have them a bit loose for the office. These fit tight on me above the hips (the entire top fit like a 14 after a lot of washing) but the thighs and legs are loose so they will do okay for work. I am a bit weary about putting them in the dryer though.... afraid if I do dry them they may get too tight and I won't be able to zip them! I may have to revert to buying my next pair a size up, I will wait until I wash them to see. Over all I do like them. Read more

Perfect fit in my normal size. I was hoping they would come all the way to my waist, but they still came to below my waist (but better than any other brands). They will also need to be hemmed (I'm 5'8") Elsewhere, the fit was perfect, which is where it matters most. Through the hips and seat, they are true to size. The legs are looser than the stretch jeans that are so popular, and therefore appropriate for the office and other occasions. They are amazingly comfortable and I really appreciate the deep pockets.
